1. A Paypal Account - If you don't have Paypal, maybe you know someone who does that will let you use theirs. Paypal is free, safe, easy way of paying online.

2. Codes - Decide what you want and make a note of the item codes you want to purchase

3. Prices - Make a note of the item prices






1. Email Me - Email the details of the items you want at : darklydelusional*@*hotmail.com (remove the * from the email address) a) Subject Line - PLEASE use the subject line "Grotto Order" - This will speed things up.

b) Special Requirement - If you have special requirements please note these in the email. (Special requirements could be wanting items gift wrapped, sending to another address, required by a specific date) Please note if your country is in World Zone 2 parcels are sent with a declaration label with the description of the contents

2. Wait for an invoice - I will check the prices, availability & will send an invoice (including postage) to you within 4 days.






1. Check Invoice - If the items & amounts are correct, click the link and follow the instructions within Paypal

2. Confirmation - An email will be sent confirming the money transfer

3 Dispatch - Goods will be dispatched within 14 days of the order (usually a lot sooner) & an email will be sent confirming the dispatch.
