[Payment]
Payment must be in GBP (Great British Pound Sterling) and will only be accepted through PAYPAL which makes it easier for everyone regarding currency conversion! You do not need to have an account with paypal.

Just for the cheap seats... I DO NOT accept cheques, postal orders or money orders or cash!!!

Please send payment within 5 days, if there is a genuine reason for delay let me know in the first instance.


[Items]
All items is personally checked by me and if there are any damages or faults, they are listed in the description so ALWAYS read the description before asking to buy it! All sizes are approximate and be aware the colours shown in the photographs may vary a little to the real thing as cameras can not pick up 100% perfect true colours.


[Refunds]
Refunds are only given on genuine faults, all sales are final. Refunds can only be claimed if you contact me within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be sent back at buyers cost. All refunds will be given in the same form the payment was received (eg: through Paypal). Refunds are less postage and will only be given when goods are returned.


[Delivery & Postage]
Items are always sent First Class Recorded Delivery within the UK & Europe and First Class AirMail to the rest of the world. For additional costs they can be insured in case they are lost during transit. (recommended)


I post all items on the Saturday following payment received as this is the only time I can get to the post office.


[Reserving]
I do reserve items for people who are waiting for cash flow. Maximum hold period is 2 weeks, payment must be received by then otherwise the item goes back out for sale. Also, do NOT ask me to reserve an item unless you are expecting to buy it. Reserves are on a first come first serve basis.


[Packaging]
All effort is made to keep items secure and safe on your journey - the packaging is functional. However I can not be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit. If you worry about possibly damage while in transit, an additional cost can be added and insurance against loss & damage will be added.


Being environmentally conscious I try and reuse packaging wherever I can. I do not buy polystyrene packaging new, it is all reused. I also try and use packaging that can be either reused or recycled (which I would hope you would do! ^-^). Because of this 'greenliness' I have, the packaging may look a little worse for wear, but the item will ALWAYS be well wrapped and sealed strongly! It is wrapped by my self to hopefully ensure it will arrive in the best condition.
